I'm Sophie Manis, a California-based graphic designer currently pursuing a BFA at Chapman University. My design philosophy revolves around the art of visual storytelling, treating each project as a narrative waiting to unfold. I approach every design endeavor as if it were a character study – akin to an actor immersing themselves in a role (a dream profession of mine, currently on pause).

Just as a method actor delves into the psyche of their character, I immerse myself fully into
the essence of the project, allowing its narrative to guide my creative process. Extensive research forms the cornerstone of my projects, allowing me to delve deep into the narrative I aim
to convey.

With a love for illustration and a dedication to crafting designs that are not only visually captivating but also rich in substance, I bring a unique perspective to the crossroads of graphic design and my key interests: television, entertainment, fashion, and branding.
